In conjunction with the GSRD Foundation, the Hermon Living Water Ministries has established a vocational junior college in India to prepare underprivileged youth for roles in information technology, healthcare, garment marketing and laboratory work.

The school opened its doors in September 2010 and provides two-year vocational trainings in the fields of medical chemist, nurse, tailor and computer technician. In addition, students are taught English. Each year, 75 students follow a vocational training of their choice, and those that graduate receive a diploma recognized by the Indian government.
